Prisma looks beyond a single city. We look for nature-led settings where landscape, climate, access and long-term livability can come together.
A Prisma location should feel noticeably different from city life without becoming disconnected from the people who want to use it. We look for places with a strong natural identity, a comfortable climate or landscape character, practical regional access and enough space for thoughtful community planning.
That can mean the edge of the Western Ghats, a highland belt such as Ooty–Coonoor, or another green corridor where families can realistically spend weekends, longer stays or eventually create a second-home life.
Eco Viva is a current approved community. Hillscape is a future planning direction. They show how Prisma can work across different nature-led regions without becoming tied to one city.

Can owners reach the location reasonably while still feeling they have left the city behind?
Can the place support weekend living, longer stays, future homes and changing family needs over time?
